CARDEL is a wine imports company located in Charleston, SC. Our objective is to find those family owned “bodegas” that produce wines that express the unique characteristics and flavors of their territory and origin. When selecting our wines, our number one requirement is that it is not a mass-produced product. None of the bodegas we represent have anything to do with the industrial wine market that is so prevalent in today’s world. We know that finding these bodegas is not an easy task but it is what makes every bottle imported by “CARDEL IMPORTS” so different from our competitors’ wines.

PALMERI SICILIA

Our winery consists of 20 acres of the garnacha variety, grafted onto the fields and based on old clones. The wine is elaborated by following the prescriptions of the organic/biologic viniculture. <read more>

RUDELES

We own 17 hectares of vineyards composed of 60 plots planted by our ancestors, with tempranillo, garnacha and 100-year-old albillo. <read more>
