The Rodríguez de Vera Group conceived the idea of including within its list of authentic wines a recipe that had been forgotten for four decades, the ‘Vermut Casero’, an artisan drink made by the ancestors. After finding the recipe, adapting it, and making a selection of quality ingredients, Vermut Pureta Tradicional y Castizo emerged, using the original production technique to rescue the tradition of family vermouth.

The Vermouth Pureta stands out for presenting a philosophy of ‘viejoven’ spirit, lively and always full of reason. A collective synergy between the ancient, the traditional, the conservative and the youthful energy, the feeling of freedom and the search for adventure. When tasting it, it highlights its flavor of aged wine marked by the distinctive aromas of juniper, wormwood, and coriander, at the same time, emphasizing cinnamon, orange, and vanilla flavors, finally incorporating the secret ingredient of the house, a distinguished Vermouth worthy of accompanying appetizers and cocktails is achieved.
