D’Mateo is made with the selection of grapes from terraces located in the region of Avia. A young wine made mono-varietally with its own production of the Treixadura variety.

WINE MAKING NOTES

The grapes were picked by hand in September before undergoing a whole-bunch cold soak for eight hours. They were then crushed and pressed and fermented for 14 days at 16 ºC in stainless steel.

TASTING NOTES

In the visual phase it is straw yellow with green and bright reflections. With a powerful aroma, elegant, fine and balanced, rich in nuances marked by its varietal origin. The palate is tasty, sweet, and intense. With long and elegant post taste.

WINE MAKING NOTES

Selection of grapes happens in the vineyard itself, made in stainless steel tanks. at controlled temperature, alcoholic strength 12.5º, consumption temperature 16º / 18º C.

TASTING NOTES

In the visual phase it is cherry red and purplish edging, elegant appearance. It is of medium high layer, with touches of red, tropical fruits and complex aromas of fine lees. It is silky and balanced in its gustative phase.

MAROLA & MASS

D.O. Rias Baixas – Albarino

WINE MAKING NOTES

The grapes are received at a selection table, they are destemmed, the must is extracted without exerting any pressure, and it is carried out for static clarification for 36 hours at 10ºC. After this time, the limpid must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 14ºC for 21 days. Keeping on its fine lees until its stabilization and bottling.

TASTING NOTES

Straw yellow color with greenish tones, clean and bright. In the Olfactory Phase, it´s medium-high intensity, aromatic herbs, balsamic, citrus, grapefruit, lemon, tropical, pineapple and white flowers. In Gustatory Phase, It´s fresh, sweet, very fruity, balanced and persistent.
