TASTING NOTES
Medium intensity of a lemon yellowish color. Clean on the nose, of high intensity, with notes reminiscent of white fruit, bitter almond, fennel, saline notes and dried fruits. With a marked predominance of yeast notes from biological aging. On the palate it is dry, with medium acidity, high alcohol, medium body. The intensity of flavors is high with hints of white fruit, bitter almond, light toasts and yeasts.

WINE MAKING NOTES
Grapes pressed and fermented in stainless steel. Headed at 15% and subjected to biological aging under flowering yeasts in oak barrels by the traditional system of soleras and criaderas. 9 years of aging in barrels.
TASTING NOTES
Lemon yellowish color. Clean nose, of medium aromatic intensity, with predominant nuances of yeasts, flower veil, bitter almond and herbaceous fennel type. In the mouth it is dry, with medium acidity and high alcohol. With a medium body and flavors reminiscent of yeasts, almonds and fennel with characteristic nuances of the flower veil. The ending is medium-long with a saline taste.
